US lifts sanctions on Russian oil stranded at sea for second time in weeks
The United States has again extended a waiver lifting sanctions on Russian oil stranded at sea, just two days after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent publicly pledged not to do so. The move prolongs a similar 30-day waiver that was issued in March.
