Hamas Disarmament Talks Stalled, Envoy Warns Window Closing Fast
Board of Peace envoy Nickolay Mladenov acknowledged that Hamas disarmament negotiations have stalled after the group ignored his first ultimatum. Mladenov warned that an agreement must be reached within two weeks at most, or the loss of momentum will become too difficult to overcome.
