EU formally approves 90bn euro Ukraine loan
The European Union has formally approved a 90 billion euro loan for Ukraine. The move comes as part of a package of new sanctions on Russia. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy welcomes the development, urging that the first tranche be disbursed by May or June.
