Chow Yun-fat Sells Hong Kong Flat for 91% Gain After 31 Years
Hong Kong actor Chow Yun-fat sold a 541 sq ft Mid-Levels flat in Corona Tower for HK$7.5 million, generating a gain of approximately HK$3.58 million—or about 91 per cent—after holding the property for more than three decades. The sale reflects continued strengthening in Hong Kong's secondary housing market.
