Toby Neugebauer, co-founder and CEO of Fermi America — a company building a large-scale data center campus in Texas named after President Trump — resigned Friday amid a broader reshuffling of the firm's leadership, according to a securities filing. Neugebauer, a Dallas billionaire, remains a member of the company's board.
