UK Launches Open‑Access National Soil Database for England and Wales
Cranfield University, in partnership with Defra, has released the LandISPortal platform, which hosts the National Soil Map of England and Wales (NATMAP). The new open‑access repository provides detailed soil and environmental data for researchers, planners and the public.
