Tycoon Karapetyan accuses Saakashvili of turning Batumi into Azerbaijani‑Turkish enclave
Russian‑Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the Strong Armenia Alliance, said the governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan are discussing the settlement of 300,000 Azerbaijanis in Armenia. He claimed that President Mikheil Saakashvili has turned the Black Sea city of Batumi into an “Azerbaijani‑Turkish enclave”. The comments were reported by OC Media.
