Suspected hantavirus outbreak kills three on Dutch cruise ship near Cape Verde
A suspected outbreak of the rare hantavirus on a Dutch cruise ship off Cape Verde has killed three passengers and left at least three others seriously ill. The ship, carrying about 150 people including 17 Americans, was awaiting assistance while the World Health Organization and the operator investigated the disease.
