Migrant children's shelter investigated over restraints and isolation in 'red room'
A shelter for migrant children is under investigation following claims that children were beaten, restrained, and placed in isolation in a so-called 'red room'. According to a report cited by The Independent, one child was subjected to restraints nearly two dozen times by staff in a 'special' unit.
