Louisiana Father Kills 8 Children, Including 7 of His Own, in Shreveport Mass Shooting
A man identified as Shamar Elkins fatally shot eight children in Shreveport, Louisiana, seven of whom were his own, police said. Elkins was fatally wounded after fleeing the scene following the mass shooting.
