Jordanian Forces Strike Smuggling Sites in Syria Targeting Drugs and Weapons
The Jordanian Armed Forces launched an operation inside Syrian territory to dismantle networks smuggling narcotics and arms. Helicopters and ground units were deployed to close routes used by criminal groups, and no casualties were reported. The Jerusalem Post described the raid as being carried out “with the highest degree of precision.”
