EU Unblocks €90 Billion Ukraine Loan After Hungary Row
The EU has unblocked a €90 billion loan for Ukraine, following a row with Hungary. The definitive sign-off is expected by Thursday (April 23). Budapest had been waiting for Russian oil to arrive through the Druzhba pipeline.
