EU leaders struggle with challenges
Despite sealing a €90 billion loan for Ukraine, EU leaders are still grappling with multiple crises, including getting Kyiv into the EU and shielding themselves from economic fallout. Politico Europe reports that they also need to sort out their collective €1.8 trillion budget.
