EBRD outlines $585 million plan to repair Chernobyl shelter damaged by Russian drone
In an exclusive interview, Kyiv Post reveals that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development plans to spend $585 million on repairing the Chernobyl nuclear shelter after it was hit by a Russian drone. The EBRD also intends to maintain nearly $3 billion in annual investments across Ukraine. The interview was recorded at the 2026 IMF Spring Meetings in Washington.
