Chinese diamond-copper material boosts AI data centre cooling efficiency by 80%
Researchers at the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Ningbo Institute have developed a diamond-copper composite that improves AI data centre cooling efficiency by up to 80%. The material has already been deployed in an AI computing node in Zhengzhou, Henan province, according to China Science Daily.
