China live-streams expose minors undergoing harsh training designed for ‘rebellious youth’
Chinese state media reported on teenagers being beaten or sexually assaulted at a youth correction centre. The institution accepts minors who are considered rebellious, addicted to gaming, or struggling with their studies. Calls have been made for better supervision and monitoring.
