Bolivian Director Álvaro Olmos Torrico Prepares New Film ‘Chicha Fantasy’
Alvaro Olmos Torrico, known for the award‑winning “The Condor Daughter,” is developing his third feature, “Chicha Fantasy” (Fantasía Chicha). The project is a co‑production between Peru’s Ayara Prods. and his Bolivia‑based Empatia Cinema, with additional talks underway with companies in Uruguay and Europe. “The Condor Daughter” recently competed at the Alternativa Film Festival in Medellín.
